A Pumpkin Patch Pre-Wedding Shoot with Molly, Nile, and their Frenchie
Autumn is one of my favourite times of the year for a pre-wedding photoshoot. Crisp air, golden leaves, and warm, earthy tones make for the perfect romantic backdrop. So when Molly and Nile reached out to me about their pre-wedding shoot and mentioned they wanted something autumnal and fun that included their adorable French bulldog, I knew just the place—Farmer Copley’s during pumpkin season!
A Perfect Autumnal Setting Farmer Copley’s
With its sprawling pumpkin fields, rustic barns, and cosy autumn atmosphere, provided the ideal setting for capturing some relaxed and intimate moments between Molly and Nile. We met at Farmer Copley’s on a crisp, grey day – the sky overcast but the vibrant pumpkins adding a warm, seasonal pop of colour.
A Session Filled with Fun and Laughter
Molly and Nile arrived wrapped up in cosy layers, ready to embrace the autumn chill. Their Frenchie stole the show, of course—trotting happily between pumpkins, and posing like a pro! Including their dog in the shoot made it even more special, as she’s such a big part of their little family. As we wandered through the pumpkin patch, I stopped to capture candid moments of Molly and Nile laughing together, picking out their favourite pumpkins, and snuggling up against the crisp breeze. The overcast sky worked beautifully, creating soft, even lighting that made the colours of the pumpkins and the couple’s warmth stand out even more.
Looking Ahead to the Big Day Molly and Nile will be tying the knot in June 2025. And if their pre-wedding shoot is anything to go by, their wedding day will be filled with joy, warmth, and plenty of love. I can’t wait to document their special day and capture all the beautiful moments as they say ‘I do’ surrounded by family and friends.
These pre-wedding shoots are such a great way for couples to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day, and for me, it’s a wonderful chance to get to know them better.
